@GT_Golf - #ProJackets Update

May 19, 2015

THE FLATS – Chesson Hadley and Stewart Cink tied for 20th place at last weekend’s Wells Fargo Championship on the PGA Tour, and former Georgia Tech players earned money on four different tours over the weekend.

Hadley nudged up four spots in Fed Ex Cup points after posting a 6-under-par 282, while Cink moved ahead 18 positions after posting an identical score. The former Yellow Jackets tied for 20th despite struggling in their Friday rounds.

Meanwhile, Roberto Castro tied for 26th in his best finish in Web.com Tour action at the BMW Charity Pro-Am in Greer, S.C., posting a score of 13-under-par 273. Champions tour stalwart Larry Mize tied for 24th in the Regions Tradition at Shoal Creek, Ala., carding a 2-under-par 214.

James White (T14), John-Tyler Griffin (T19) and Kyle Scott (T39) all earned money in the SwingThough.com Tour’s Milton Martin Honda Classic.

Hadley joins Bryce Molder, Nicholas Thompson and Cameron Tringale as they resume action on the PGA Tour at this week’s Crowne Plaza Invitational, while Mize participated in the second Senior major of the year, the Senior PGA Championship in French Lick, Ind. The Web.com Tour takes the week off.

Sir Nick Faldo called @JustinThomas34 a shrimp today because of his stature and that he doesn't workout. If he's a shrimp, I'm plankton.
