Palmer Cup Highlights to Air on Golf Channel

ATLANTA – A two-hour program featuring the United States’ victory over Great Britain and Ireland in the 2005 Palmer Cup golf matches, including the performance of Georgia Tech junior Roberto Castro, will air three times on The Golf Channel beginning Thursday, Sept. 22.

The program highlights the players, coaches and matches held at Whistling Straits in Kohler, Wis. this past June, in which the United States reclaimed the cup for the first time since 2002 with a 14-10 victory.

Castro, the captain of the U.S. team, went 3-1 in his matches, including one singles victory.
