ATLANTA –

The fourth-ranked Yellow Jackets shot eight-over 296 Saturday, one shot better than Friday on a day when only one team broke par on the 7,510-yard, par 72 Southern Highlands Golf Club.

But Tech slipped two spots in the standings to fifth place, trailing top-ranked Georgia and host UNLV, who remained tied for the lead after posting scores of 294. The Bulldogs and Rebels are tied at 13-over-par 589, one shot ahead of UCLA (591), who jumped from seventh place with a one-under-par score of 287. Oklahoma State shot 293 Saturday and is in fourth at 592, followed by Tech at 593.
