The Georgia Tech Women’s Basketball team opened practice for the 2009-10 season Friday evening in the brand new Zelnak Center at the Henry F. McCamish Basketball Complex.
Head Coach MaChelle Joseph, who is in her seventh season at the helm of the women’s basketball program, ran her Yellow Jackets through numerous drills.
Georgia Tech will begin its “Pursuit of Gold” on Friday, November 13 when it hosts Winthrop in the first round of the Preseason Women’s National Invitation Tournament. Tipoff at Alexander Memorial Coliseum is scheduled for 7:30 p.m.
