>> No. 15 Georgia Tech opens a busy week with a pair of midweek match-ups versus in-state rivals Mercer and Kennesaw State on Tuesday and Wednesday before heading to Duke this weekend.
>> Tech, 4-1 versus in-state foes this season, looks to sweep the two-game season series from Mercer on Tuesday at 6 p.m. at Claude Smith Field in Macon, while Wednesday’s 6 p.m. game versus Kennesaw State is the teams’ only meeting this season.
>> The Jackets are looking to snap a two-game road losing streak in the Mercer series, having not won in Macon since 2010. Tech leads the all-time series with the Bears, 106-51, including a 42-28 edge on the road. The KSU series favors Tech, 14-4.
>> Junior CF Kyle Wren is coming off a 10-for-15 (.667) week and carries an ACC-leading 16-game hitting streak. The speedster is fourth in the ACC in batting (.405), while his .520 average is league play is best in the ACC. His career-high 18 stolen bases are second in the conference.

>> Tech enters the week continuing to lead the nation in batting average (.345), slugging (.513) and home runs per game (1.07) and is second in scoring at 8.8 runs per game.
