Georgia Tech Women's Basketball Announces Sunday Ticket Package

THE FLATS – Georgia Tech announced today a special three-game ticket package for the upcoming women’s basketball season, the inaugural campaign at the new McCamish Pavilion.

Reserved seats for three of the Yellow Jackets’ first four home games can be purchased for only $20. The three games are the season-opener against Tennessee at 2 p.m., on Sunday, Nov. 11, the Sunday, Nov. 18 contest versus Marquette of the Big East Conference at 2 p.m., and the annual in-state showdown with Georgia at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 4.

Season tickets for all 15 Georgia Tech home games can still be purchased for only $65 by calling 888-TECH-TIX or by visiting RamblinWreck.com.

Georgia Tech will also host Washington of the Pac-12 in non-conference play, and the Jackets will welcome ACC powers Maryland, North Carolina and Miami, among others, in conference play.

The Yellow Jackets enter the 2012-13 season coming off the best season in school history, a 26-overall and 12-ACC win campaign capped by a run to only Tech’s second ACC Championship Game and the Jackets’ first Sweet 16 appearance.

Led by All-America candidate Tyaunna Marshall, and All-ACC candidates Dawnn Maye and Sydney Wallace, the Yellow Jackets will be seeking their seventh straight NCAA Tournament berth in 2012-13.
