THE FLATS — With just two weeks until the season opener, Georgia Tech volleyball wraps up the first week of preseason camp on Friday.
Week details: Head coach Michelle Collier welcomed the team early on Monday morning. The rest of the week the Jackets took on position training, weight training and team practices.
On Saturday, the squad will join Georgia Tech football at Bobby Dodd Stadium for Fan Day. Click here for more information.
The Yellow Jackets open their season on Friday, Aug. 25 at 6 p.m. when they host Auburn at O’Keefe Gymnasium. Fans can purchase season tickets for the upcoming 2017 season here.
Coach Collier says: “These first days of preseason have been productive. Our group has hit the ground running, and we have been able to make a lot of progress in such a small period of time. Everyone is working hard and committed to being the best player and team we can be before our first match. There is still lots of work ahead but it has been a great start. I’m looking forward to the next couple days.”
