ATLANTA – After having all four of its fall games last weekend rained out, the Georgia Tech Softball team will hold its annual alumnae game Sunday at 1:00 at Mewborn Field. Several alums are expected to be back and will take on the 2010 team. Admission is free.
Fall Make-Up Dates Announced
Head coach Sharon Perkins has announced that the four rain-outs from last weekend will be made up. Tech will play Georgia State on Wednesday, Sept. 30 at 5:00 and 7:00 p.m. and then Georgia Perimeter College on Sunday, Oct. 11 at 3:00 and 5:00 p.m. All games will be played at Mewborn Field and are free.
Perkins Inducted Into Nicholls State Hall of Fame
Last weekend, head coach Sharon Perkins was inducted into the Nicholls State Athletic Hall of Fame.

ACC Champions To Receive Rings At Halftime Of Saturday’s Football Game
The 2009 ACC champion softball team will receive their rings in a ceremony at halftime of Saturday’s football game against North Carolina. Be sure to check the Georgia Tech Softball video channel later on Saturday for video from the event!
