McLeod finished the afternoon with three first-place finishes to pace the Yellow Jackets.

Reis, a senior from Roswell, Ga., turned in an outstanding effort Georgia Tech’s win over Wake Forest, which made the Yellow Jackets bowl eligible for the ninth straight year. Reis had a season-high 13 tackles, including two tackles for loss, and an interception. Just before the half, with Tech holding a 14-3 lead but Wake Forest on the move, he grabbed an interception and returned it 39 yards to the Wake 31-yard line to set up a field goal. Reis’ interception was his second of the season and No. 16 by the Tech defense, which ranks third in the nation in interceptions and fifth in turnover margin. Reis was a key figure as the Tech defense held the ACC’s top rushing team to just 100 yards on the ground, less than half its average of 215 yards per game, and 260 total yards. The Jackets limited league rushing leader Chris Barclay (averaging 124 yards per game) to just 24 yards on 15 carries.
