TOP STORYLINES
• Closing an eight-game homestand, Georgia Tech baseball plays host in another key Coastal Division matchup against No. 2/3 Miami (Fla.) on April 29-May 1.
• The Yellow Jackets trail in the all-time series 42-65-2 and were unable to take last year’s series on the road in the Sunday rubber game.
• Georgia Tech has won two of its last three ACC series, defeating then-No. 13 Florida State and North Carolina, while dropped two of three to Duke in a slugfest.
• The Jackets have been unstoppable now fully healthy as one of the nation’s top offenses, currently ranking No. 2 overall with 502 hits on the year.
• Tech also ranks second in average (.324), third in runs (406) and home runs (82), fifth in sluggin (.552), 12th in on-base percentage (.420) and 17th in walks (218).
