Thaddeus Young added 10 points and six rebounds to help the Pacers defeat the New York Knicks on Tuesday night. The Pacers defeated the Knicks 103-98. For the season, he has averaged 12.5 points per game and 6.4 rebounds per game.

Iman Shumpert scored four points for the Houston Rockets in their two-point loss to the Golden State Warriors on Wednesday night. For the season, Shumpert is averaging, 8.0 points per game helping the Rockets sit in the fourth spot in the Western Conference.

Favors scored 18 points and added seven rebounds to go along with seven assists, one steal, and one block in a 114-97 win over the Phoenix Suns on Wednesday night. He has averaged a steady 11.6 points per game and 7.3 rebounds per contest. The Jazz are currently in the 7th spot in the West, winning six of their last 10 games.

Josh Okogie and the Minnesota Timberwolves are sitting at the 10th seed in the competitive Western Conference. In their last 10 games the Timberwolves have won four games. Among rookies Okogie ranks 16th in points (431) averaging 7.2 points per game. He also ranks 4th in steals, among rookies with a total of 64.

Jack dropped 21 points to go with five rebounds and six assists against the Rio Grande Valley Vipers. The Skyforce fell to the Vipers 133-120 on  Saturday night.

CBSSports.com reported before Christmas that Marcus Georges-Hunt underwent knee surgery and would miss extended playing time for the Maine Red Claws in the G League, though there has been very little reported about it. Georges-Hunt had averaged 13.1 points, 4.6 rebounds and 1.7 steals over 35.5 minutes per game in nine games for the Red Claws.

Charles Mitchell (6’8”-F/C-93, graduated ’16, plays pro in Argentina) could not help one of league’s weakest teams Ferro (14-7) in their last game. Despite his very good performance Ferro lost 89-95 at home to the second-ranked Gimnasia. Mitchell had a double-double by scoring 30 points and getting 16 rebounds (made all of his five free throws) in 38 minutes; quite an impressive performance considering it’s only his third season in pro basketball. Mitchell has individually a very good year with high stats. He averages 17.6ppg, 9.3rpg and 1.8apg in 21 games he played so far.

Glen Rice Jr. (6’6”-G/F-91, graduated ’12, plays in Dominican Republic) was not able to help Plaza (1-3) in their last game on Wednesday. Despite his very good performance the fourth-placed Plaza (1-3) was edged 96-95 in a derby game by the leading Sameji in the Places 1-4 group. Rice Jr. recorded a double-double by scoring 23 points and getting 10 rebounds. He also added 8 assists. There are only two games left until the end of the Second Stage. So now every game will be critical. This season Rice Jr. has very high stats. He averages 17.6ppg, 9.3rpg and 1.8apg.

Trae Golden (6’3”-G-91, graduated ’14, plays pro in Russia) was not able to secure a victory for Avtodor (5-1) in their last game on Wednesday. Despite Golden’s very good performance the first-placed Avtodor (5-1) was defeated 94-90 on the road by the leading s Oliver Baskets in the group L of FIBA Europe Cup. He was the top scorer with 24 points. Golden also added 4 rebounds and dished 4 assists (was perfect 5-for-5 from the free throw line). It’s Golden’s first season with the team. This year he has very high stats. Golden averages 18.3ppg, 3.0rpg and 5.9apg.

Zachery Peacock (6’8”-C-87, graduated ’10, plays in France) couldn’t help JL Bourg Basket (18-4) in their last game. Despite Peacock’s very good performance JL Bourg Basket lost 71-76 in Antibes to the much lower-ranked (#16) Olympique. He was the top scorer with 19 points. Peacock also added 5 rebounds in 28 minutes. It’s Peacock’s fourth season with the team. He has very impressive stats this year 18.6ppg, 5.1rpg, 1.8apg and 1.3spg in 20 games.

James White (6’8”-F-93, graduated ’16, plays pro in Bulgaria) contributed to Beroe‘s victory against the fifth-ranked Kozuv 94-85 in the Balkan League last Thursday. White scored 10 points, had 5 rebounds and made 2 blocks in 28 minutes. He has relatively good stats this year 12.4ppg, 5.6rpg, 1.4apg and 1.1bpg in eight games.

Alade Aminu (6’10”-F/C-87, graduated ’09, plays in Israel) was the main contributor in a Hapoel SP Tel-Aviv‘s victory against one of league’s weakest teams Ironi Nahariya crushing them 80-59 in the Israeli Winner League on Monday night. He was MVP of the game. Aminu recorded a double-double by scoring 17 points and getting 10 rebounds. This season he averages 9.7ppg, 6.7rpg and 1.1bpg.

Gani Lawal (6’9”-F/C-88, graduated ’10, plays pro in Japan) was the major contributor in a Shiga L-Stars‘ victory against the fifth-ranked Akita Happinets 77-68 in the Japanese B League last Saturday. Lawal recorded a double-double by scoring 19 points and getting 18 rebounds. He also added 2 blocks. This season Lawal has very high stats. He averages 20.8ppg, 12.4rpg, 1.7apg and 1.4bpg. Lawal is a naturalized Nigerian.
