ATLANTA – Radio coverage for Georgia Tech’s 2004 baseball begins this weekend when the 17th-ranked Yellow Jackets host Virginia for a three-game Atlantic Coast Conference series at Russ Chandler Stadium. The series begins on Friday at 4 p.m., and continues on Saturday and Sunday at 1 p.m. each day.
All three games this weekend will be carried live on WREK-Radio (91.1 FM) in Atlanta and on the internet at www.wrek.org.
A total of 35 regular season games, as well as any postseason games, will be carried on WREK-Radio or 790 The Zone (790 AM) in Atlanta.
In addition, Tech will have 10 games that will be televised live during the regular season. The list of games includes two games on the ACC Regional Network of Fox Sports Net South, Comcast and Sunshine (Apr. 24 at Florida State; May 15 vs. Clemson), five games on Fox Sports Net South (Apr. 3 vs. Miami; Apr. 10 vs. North Carolina; Apr. 23 at Florida State; May 11 vs. Georgia; May 14 vs. Clemson) and three games on Comcast Sports Southeast (Mar. 24 at Georgia; Mar. 30 vs. Auburn; May 18 vs. Georgia State).
