2015 @GTBaseball TV Schedule Announced

Feb. 9, 2015

THE FLATS – No less than 25 Georgia Tech baseball games will be broadcast this year on television or online via ESPN3 as part of another record-setting baseball broadcast package from the Atlantic Coast Conference.

Of Tech’s 25 TV games, 20 will air on ESPN3, two on the ACC’s regional sports networks (RSN), one on the SEC Network and the annual Georgia Tech-Georgia game in the Kauffman Tire Spring Classic for Kids at Turner Field on Fox Sports South.

Tech’s television exposure comprises 19 of the team’s 30 ACC contests, including broadcasts of entire home series versus Notre Dame, North Carolina, Virginia and Clemson, and entire road series at Duke and Louisville.

Home games versus Clemson (April 25, 1 p.m.) and Pitt (May 9, 1 p.m.) will air on the ACC’s regional sports networks, including Fox Sports South.

The SEC Network will nationally air Tech’s game at Georgia on March 31 in Athens, while the game at Auburn on Feb. 24 airs on SEC Network Plus. ESPN3 will carry non-conference home games versus Georgia, Auburn and Georgia Southern.

In addition to the television coverage, all 56 games of the regular season can be heard on 91.1 WREK in Atlanta, the nation’s first 100,000-watt, HD college station.

All home game not aired on ESPN3 or broadcast television will be video-streamed live on RamblinWreck.com (All-Access subscription required).

Tech’s TV games are part of a record 147 ACC baseball games, including all 15 games of the ACC Baseball Championship in Durham, North Carolina (May 19-24), to air on television.

Tech opens the 2015 season this weekend by welcoming St. John’s, Fordham and Liberty to Russ Chandler Stadium for the Atlanta Challenge. Season and single-game tickets are now on sale. Please call 1-888-TECH-TIX or visit RamblinWreck.com/tickets for more information.
