The Georgia Tech women’s basketball team (5-3) will try to rebound from a tough loss to No. 15/14 Georgia on Dec. 4 when it travels to Murfreesboro, Tenn., to take on the Middle Tennessee State Blue Raiders (6-4) Sunday at 2 p.m. Central at the Murphy Center on the MTSU campus.
Georgia Tech and Middle Tennessee State have met only once previously, a 68-48 Yellow Jacket win last year in Atlanta. Sophomore Ebony Rowe led the Blue Raiders in Friday night’s win at Xavier with game-highs of 24 points and 13 rebounds. Ten of her 13 rebounds came on the offensive end. Junior Kortni Jones added 18 points for MTSU.
