CHAPEL HILL, NC (Oct. 23) – The Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets (13-10, 3-7) fell to #25 North Carolina (19-4, 9-1) on Saturday night in four games, 15-4, 9-15, 12-15, 9-15.

The Yellow Jackets jumped out to an 8-0 lead in game one behind the hitting of Maja Pachale who had four kills, while the defense held North Carolina to .000 hitting percentage. Tech would proceed to capture game one 15-4.

In game two, the Jackets again jumped out to a 6-0 lead, but Carolina would fight back and win game two, 15-9 behind Casey Simpson who had five kills and five digs.
