THE FLATS – Former Georgia Tech swimmer Andrew Chetcuti and incoming freshman swimmer Berke Saka will serve as the flag-bearers for Malta and Turkey, respectively, during the opening ceremony of the 2020 Tokyo Olympics on Friday.
