THE FLATS – At this time, Wednesday night’s men’s basketball contest between Georgia Tech and North Carolina is expected to be played as scheduled.
Due to scheduling complexities, the ACC Game Postponement/Cancellation policy dictates that the only reason a game should be postponed and/or cancelled is if the conditions affect the safety of the teams or game officials involved. Provided the teams and officials are able to make it to the arena safely, the game will be played.
North Carolina’s team is in Atlanta and is expected to make it to the arena.
The game remains set for a 7 p.m. start at McCamish Pavilion. Permitted parking lots will open at 5:30 p.m. and doors open to the public at 6 p.m.
For up-to-date traffic information and road conditions, fans can dial 511 or visit ga511.org. Fans can also go to Ramblinwreck.com for parking tips, event information and map.
