ATLANTA (July 14) – For the second straight year, Georgia Tech’s coaching staff is hosting a clinic on the game of football. Tech’s “Football 201” will be held Saturday, July 29, at the Arthur B. Edge Intercollegiate Athletics Center.
Attendees will learn the basics of offense and defense and game strategy from head coach George O’Leary, offensive coordinator and 1999 Frank Broyles Award winner Ralph Friedgen, and defensive coordinator Ted Roof.
The activities will begin at 9:00 a.m. with registration, with juice and fruit served, followed by an on-the-field demonstration, a tour of Tech’s football facilities, and lunch. Game officials and coaches’ wives also will participate in the program.
