Team White Wins Swim-Dive Intrasquad

THE FLATS – Georgia Tech concluded its Intrasquad Scrimmage, where the Yellow Jackets were split into two teams, White and Gold. The White Team took home a come-from-behind victory, claiming the 152-134 win over the Gold Team. 

The women for the white team were down by one point after the 100 back (event 11), evened the score during the 100 breast (event 13) , and then dominated the 200 butterfly to take a nine-point lead. The women for the white team would then go on to outscore the gold team 84 to 55 to contribute to their victory. 

The White Team swept multiple events, including the 200 free, 200 IM, 200 fly, 100 free, 200 back, and 400 IM. Gold won both the men’s and women’s 200 relay and 200 breast.

In the 1- meter diving event, Anna Bradescu represented the White Team and took home first place for the women with a score of 166.40. Max Fowler represented the Gold Team in the men’s event with a total score of 158.80.
