Softball Bumps No. 13 Virginia Tech Opener to Saturday Doubleheader

THE FLATS – With inclement weather in the forecast for Friday, Georgia Tech softball (15-9, 2-1 ACC) has adjusted its weekend schedule against No. 13 Virginia Tech (19-5, 5-1 ACC).

The Yellow Jackets and Hokies will now play both the first and second games of the series as a doubleheader on Saturday beginning at 1 p.m. at Mewborn Field. Game two will follow 30 minutes after the conclusion of game one.

The series finale remains scheduled for Sunday at 1 p.m. on The Flats
