Performances of note from former Yellow Jackets in week 5 of the NFL season were highlighted by the play of Demaryius Thomas who had 8 receptions for 226 yards and two touchdowns as the Denver Broncos defeated the Arizona Cardinals. Thomas set the Broncos’ franchise record for receiving yards in a game as his 226 yards on eight catches topped the previous mark of 214 yards set by Shannon Sharpe in 2002.
