Paul Johnson Weekly Radio Show Finds Home On Atlanta FM Station

Oct. 28, 2008

ATLANTA – Georgia Tech head coach Paul Johnson’s weekly radio show will join the FM side of the radio dial for the first time this week as Atlanta’s WYAY-FM (106.7) has agreed to broadcast the remaining five shows of the season.

The Paul Johnson show originates from Fox Sports Grill in Atlantic Station Wednesdays from 7-8 p.m.

790 The Zone, Georgia Tech’s flagship station, will continue to air Yellow Jacket sports on the Georgia Tech/ISP Network. However, with WYAY-FM on board, 790 The Zone will be able to broadcast Atlanta Hawks’ games during the Wednesday night time slot. 790 The Zone will continue to broadcast every Georgia Tech football and men’s basketball game.

The addition of WYAY 106.7 FM “Atlanta’s Greatest Hits Station” resulted from an agreement between 790 The Zone, WYAY-FM, ISP and Georgia Tech.
