Tech begins its fourth season under head coach Brian Gregory in a big way, hosting Georgia on Nov. 14 at McCamish Pavilion. Alabama A&M (Nov. 18) and IPFW (Nov. 21), which won 25 games and played in the post-season last year, also visit before the Yellow Jackets embark on their first road trip Thanksgiving week.
The December slate features USC Upstate (Dec. 6), a 20-win team in 2013-14, Appalachian State (Dec. 15), Vanderbilt (Dec. 20) and Charlotte (Dec. 30) at home. Fans can also get their first look at the team Nov. 7, when the Jackets host Clayton State in an exhibition game at 7 p.m.
Tickets for these games can be purchased online at RamblinWreck.com, by phone 888-TECH-TIX or by visiting the ticket office at 150 Bobby Dodd Way.
Purchasing single-game seats for these early season games is a great way for Tech fans to get a look at the Yellow Jackets’ improving team, which has two starters and three other regulars back and welcomes seven new scholarship players. Junior forward Marcus Georges-Hunt will be a candidate for All-ACC honors this year, while freshman guard Tadric Jackson will be one of the ACC’s top rookies.
Fans can still purchase a full season ticket starting at $350, and a two-year plan also is available that would provide a purchaser with a $125 discount on the single-year price for the 2015-16 season. Season tickets can be renewed online, and new season tickets can be purchased at TogetherWeSwarm.com.
