BULLPEN DOES THE JOB

Georgia Tech’s 6-0 start to the season is due in large part to the success of the Yellow Jackets’ pitching staff, which owns a 2.29 ERA and has held opponents to a .223 batting average.

The Tech bullpen has done its part as well. For the season, the unit is 1-0 with three saves and a 2.57 ERA. Last weekend in nine appearances against Villanova, the bullpen made nine appearances and did not allow a run, recording two saves and holding the Wildcats to a .133 batting average.
