THE FLATS — Georgia Tech men’s tennis looks to get back on track after two road loses to Auburn and Georgia, they face Kennesaw State on Friday evening and Georgia State on Sunday afternoon.
The Yellow Jackets will battle two in-state rivals, with the Owls battle beginning at 5 p.m. and the Panthers match up starting at noon.
On the year, the Jackets are 3-2, with two wins over The Citadel and one against Furman.
Kennesaw State greets the Yellow Jackets with a 1-0 record with a win over UConn, while Georgia State currently sits at 2-2.
In last weekends matches against Auburn and Georgia the Jackets saw doubles duo Carlos Divar and Phillip Gresk grab a 7-5 victory, Divar also knocked off Auburn’s Matteo DeVincentis, 6-2, 2-1, in a match that retired early due to an injury from DeVincentis.
