Krupina, Lilley Advance at ITA All-American Championships

PACIFIC PALISADES, Calif. – Georgia Tech doubles tandem of Sasha Krupina and Caroline Lilley advanced to the second round of the doubles qualifying draw Tuesday at the Riviera/ITA All-American Championships.

Krupina and Lilley defeated UCLA’s Noelle Hickey and Nina Pantic, 8-5, in the first round of the qualifying draw. The Yellow Jacket duo will next face Lucia Batta and Aleksandra Josifoska Wednesday.

Jillian O’Neill, who was the Jackets lone singles player left in the tournament, fell in the opening round of the singles qualifying draw to Micaela Hein, 7-5, 6-4. O’Neill will next face Alabama’s Alex Clay in the consolation draw.
