Lexi’s Day:
For a decade, Kennesaw State has hosted the annual Lexi’s Day softball game with Georgia Tech serving as a willing partner. The annual game partners the Kennesaw State Softball program with the Alexis Kaiser Foundation in an effort to assist local youth who suffer with a neuromuscular disease. Fans attending the game will have the opportunity to support Lexi’s Day by purchasing a $10 meal provided by the Marietta Fish Market.
Meals will be available beginning at 5 p.m. in the Teasley Suite of the Bobbie Bailey Building, and will be limited to the first 150 people who make a minimum $10 contribution. An on-field pregame ceremony will start at 5:50 p.m.
Fans can purchase their meal and/or make a contribution online here . A limited number of commemorative T-shirts will also be available to purchase for $10. One-hundred percent of the proceeds from the meal and T-shirt sales will go directly to the Alexis Kaiser Foundation. More information on the Alexis Kaiser Foundation can be found here.
