ATLANTA – No. 22 Georgia Tech will host No. 6 Georgia on Wednesday, March 31, for a 2 p.m. non-conference doubleheader at Glenn Field. Senior shortstop Tara Knudsen leads the Atlantic Coast Conference with a .434 average, nine home runs and 35 runs batted in. The 2002 All-American is hitting .587, with three home runs over her last nine ballgames.

Junior designated hitter Liz Bartle has been swinging the hottest bat for the Yellow Jackets as of late. Bartle went 5-for-5, with three doubles, two walks and five RBIs in Tech’s doubleheader against Troy State on Monday.

Georgia swept the season series a year ago, downing the Rambling Wreck 6-0 and 1-0 in Athens last year. The Bulldogs lead the overall series 10-2.
