THE FLATS – Georgia Tech softball tied its program record set after the 2024 season after 12 Yellow Jackets were awarded Academic All-ACC honors, the Atlantic Coast Conference office announced today.
Class of 2025 Yellow Jackets Grace Connelly, Ella Edgmon, Kinsey Norton and Sophia Voyles highlight the 12 honorees as the four Jackets were named Academic All-ACC for the third consecutive season.
The second-time honorees include junior Reese Hunter and sophomore Makayla Coffield. Graduate transfer Eliana Gottlieb and junior transfer Addison Leschber arrived at The Flats with academic honors from their previous respective schools but earned their first Academic All-ACC honors following the 2025 season.
Junior Paige Vukadinovich and red-shirt freshman Gracyn Tucker earned Academic All-ACC honors for the first time alongside true freshmen Alyssa Willer and Emma Simon.
Academic requirements for selection to the All-ACC Academic Team are a 3.0-grade point average for the previous semester and a 3.0 cumulative average during one’s academic career. In addition, student-athletes must compete in at least 50 percent of their team’s contests and 20 percent of their team’s contests as a pitcher.
Tech softball is set to return a core group for the ’26 season including infielders Gracyn Tucker and Addison Leschber along with outfielders Alyssa Willer and Paige Vukadinovich. In the circle, Tech fans can anticipate seeing the return of Makayla Coffield and Sydnie Watts as well as Reese Hunter behind the plate. The Jackets return to play following the 2025 season where Tech had three top-25 wins, including its first top-15 win since 2012, and punched its ticket to the NCAA Regionals for the first time since 2022.

Season ticket sales for the 2026 season are now available for Tech softball fans. 2025 softball season ticket holders are encouraged to renew their season tickets while fellow Yellow Jacket fans can join next season’s fun at Mewborn by purchasing their 2026 seasons.

Chairback season tickets in Mewborn Field are $100 per ticket.
