THE FLATS – Season tickets for the 2016 Georgia Tech volleyball season are now on sale. Season tickets for 13 home matches are just $45 for adults and $20 for youth (ages 18 and under) and seniors (ages 55 and older).
Fans can purchase their season ticket packages online at www.RamblinWreck.com or by calling the Georgia Tech Ticket Office at 888-TECH-TIX. All Georgia Tech students with a valid student ID receive free admission. Non-Georgia Tech students with a valid student ID receive free admission for all Sunday matches.
Head coach enters her third year at the helm of the program and will guide the Yellow Jackets through a solid 2016 slate that includes matches against seven 2015 NCAA Tournament participants.
The Yellow Jackets return 2015 honorable mention All-American Teegan Van Gunst from last year’s team that went 18-14, had the best start to a season (9-2) since 2012, and accomplished historic wins against Duke and Clemson. The Jackets also return their starting six to the court, including seniors Annika Van Gunst, Rebecca Martin, Lauren Pitz and libero London Ackermann, as well as juniors Sydney Wilson and Ashley Askin.
Fans can get their first look at the 2016 Yellow Jackets at the annual Gold/White Scrimmage scheduled for Saturday, Aug. 20 at 3 p.m. Admission is free.
The Yellow Jackets kick off their 2016 home slate when they host Georgia, Georgia State and Kennesaw State in the Georgia Challenge on Sept. 8-9.
