Bivings, a setter and rightside hitter, comes to Tech from Wesleyan High School in Norcross, Ga., after lettering all four seasons under Ted Russell. The two-time captain helped her team earn the 2009 state championship as well as the 2008 and 2009 area championship and 2008-10 Gwinnett County Championships.

Three things I cannot live without are: My cell phone, my Bible, and my volleyball
My special hidden talent is: I’m a black belt in Tae Kwon Do

The person who has influenced my game the most: All of my teammates through high school
On the court, some would describe my game face as: excited
The thing that excites me most about being a student-athlete is: getting to do the thing that I love the most everyday
The things that drew me to Georgia Tech the most was: The coaches, volleyball program, campus and academics. Also I love that it is in the ACC
My top academic and athletic goals while I attend Georgia Tech are: Improve greatly as a player and prepare myself to be successful in a job that I love.
