CT: I wanted to get a great education while improving my talent in baseball
RW.com: What is the best piece of advice that a coach gave you?
CT: Have fun on the field, you know how to play the game so don’t over think things.
RW.com: What player, if any, do you pattern your game after?
CT: Brandon Phillips, Jose Reyes
RW.com: Do you have any game or practice superstitions?
CT: Eat one Twix bar before batting practice, drink one red Powerade then I have to eat the other Twix bar right before the game starts, and during the game I chew Strawberry Bubblicious gum.
RW.com: What’s your nickname? Reasoning behind it?
CT: Trip – It is short for my last name. CJ – Chris & junior combined
