Atlanta – Janie Mitchell and Jacqua Williams will appear Live on WREK FM Wednesday at 6 p.m. on the Ramblin Wrek Report, a program produced by Georgia Tech students that recaps and previews Yellow Jacket sporting events every week night from 6 to 7 p.m.
The two will spend 15 minutes live on the air discussing Thursday’s game with reigning National Champion Maryland Terrapins, as well as the season and various other topics.
At the conclusion of their segment on the Ramlbin Wrek Report, Mitchell and Williams will give away a Yellow Jacket Prize Pack to one lucky listener which includes two tickets to Thursday’s game with Maryland, two vouchers for a free hot dog and drink at the game, Georgia Tech apparel and two tickets to Saturday’s men’s basketball game with ACC rival Clemson.
Mitchell, who is the team’s leading rebounder with 6.7 RPG, and Williams, who leads the team in steals with 62, are the first Georgia Tech athletes to contribute to Sports Talk with a live interview.
In Atlanta, the Ramblin Wrek Report can be found on 91.1 WREK FM while listeners outside the metro Atlanta area can listen on line at www.WREK.org.
