THE FLATS – The Georgia Tech baseball team begins its annual White-Gold intrasquad series on Tuesday at 3:45 p.m. at Russ Chandler Stadium. The Yellow Jackets will play a best-of-seven series over the next three weeks.
Games 1 and 2 are set for Tuesday and Thursday this week beginning at 3:45 p.m. Admission to all games is free.
The Gold Team (#TeamIsaacs) is captained by senior RHP Dusty Isaacs and is managed by assistant coach Bryan Prince, while senior SS Mott Hyde is the White Team (#TeamHyde) captain, with volunteer assistant Tony Plagman as the manager.
The Gold Team sends its captain Isaacs to the mound Tuesday and the Gold will counter with righty Cole Pitts. Thursday’s match-up is righty Devin Stanton (#TeamHyde) versus righty Jonathan Roberts (#TeamIsaacs).
