Middle linebacker Keith Brooking made six tackles (three solo, threeassisted) for Atlanta in a 44-41 victory over Seattle. Strongsafety James Butler matched his career-high with eight tackles(six solo, two assisted) during the Giants’ 38-35 loss to NewEngland. Andrew Economos handled long-snapping duties for threesuccessful field goals and two extra points during Tampa Bay’s31-23 loss to Carolina. Linebacker Keyaron Fox had a season-high ten tackles (nine solo, oneassisted) during Kansas City’s 13-10 loss to the Jets. Defensiveend Tony Hargrove assisted on one tackle during Buffalo’s 17-9loss at Philadelphia. Tight end Will Heller caught one pass for nine yards in Seattle’sloss to Atlanta. Wide receiver Calvin Johnson had four receptions for 54 yards duringDetroit’s 34-13 loss at Green Bay. Strong safety Dawan Landry made three solo tackles along with breaking upa pass during Baltimore’s 27-21 victory over Pittsburgh. Defensiveback Chris Reis had a solo tackle in New Orleans’ 33-25 loss atChicago. Linebacker Daryl Smith was held out of playoff-bound Jacksonville’s42-28 loss at Houston. Head Coach Ken Whisenhunt guidedArizona to a 48-19 victory over St. Louis. With the win, theCardinals completed the season with an 8-8 record, their bestfinish since 1998. Linebacker Gerris Wilkinson turned in a career-high nine tackles (fivesolo, four assisted) along with breaking up a potential touchdownpass in the Giants’ bid to topple the Patriots.
