Jennifer Condaras
Director of Compliance
Jennifer Condaras, who has served as assistant director of compliance since July of 1999, was promoted to director of compliance in May of 2001.
Condaras, from Charleston W.Va., served two years under former director of compliance Mary McElroy, who was promoted to associate athletics director and senior woman administrator. Before coming to Georgia Tech, Condaras served as a graduate assistant in the compliance office at West Virginia University from June of 1997 until her appointment at Tech.
A Cum Laude graduate with a bachelor’s degree in business administration from West Virginia in 1996, Condaras went on to earn a master’s degree in sport management in 1999. She also worked for a year as an accounting clerk for American Occupational Health Management before entering the field of college athletics.
