There are several fan-related activities surrounding the Georgia Tech-Virginia football game:
Atlantic Station turns into Tech Town on Friday nights before home games. The event starts at 7 p.m. in Central Park and feature live music, the Yellow Jacket Marching Band, the Georgia Tech cheerleaders, Tech merchandise, plus special appearance from Buzz, The Ramblin’ Wreck and more.
Atlantic Station Shuttle Service
Take advantage of complimentary game day shuttle service between Atlantic Station and Bobby Dodd Stadium. Park at Atlantic Station, beat the traffic to campus and an enjoy a meal before or after the game at any of the restaurants and establishments on-site.
Come to Fowler Street two and a half hours before kickoff and enjoy expanded activities for the entire family. A live band will be playing in Calloway Plaza prior to the start of the game. Additionally, more inflatables, face painters, concessions and interactive promotions are planned for the whole family.
Yellow Jacket Alley
Be the first to greet the team! Two hours and 30 minutes prior to each home game, make your way over to Yellow Jacket Alley (Brittain Drive) to see your favorite players up close and cheer them on as they march into Bobby Dodd Stadium.
’51, ’52 Teams Honored
Georgia Tech will honor the 1951 and 1952 Yellow Jacket teams at halftime on Saturday. Both teams went undefeated under coach Bobby Dodd and the ’52 squad was named national champio.
There will be more than 700 high school band students performing with our GT Marching Band at halftime.
Club Patron In-Seat Service
In efforts to improve the VIP experience for our season ticket holders in our club section, new in-seat service is provided on game days, allowing GT fans to never miss the exciting action on the field.
