THE FLATS – Georgia Tech volleyball hits the road and head north this weekend, traveling to Boston College on Friday, Oct. 6 to take on the Eagles at 7:30 p.m. The Jackets then head to Syracuse to face the Orange at 1 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 8 on ACC Network Extra.
After dropping last Friday’s match at home to the Wolfpack, Tech ended the weekend on a high note, topping North Carolina 3-1 in front of a national television audience on ESPNU. Freshman Cori Clifton posted a career-high 18 kills in the victory and sophomore Kodie Comby landed a career-high four service aces. Senior Gabriela Stavnetchei recorded her 200th kill this season and leads the ACC in total kills with 210. Senior setter Gabby Benda is 44 assists away from her 1000th assist mark at Tech.
