ATLANTA – The 2001 edition of the Georgia Tech Invitational track meet got under way on Thursday afternoon with the opening day of competition in both the decathlon and the heptathlon.
The three-day meet will continue on Friday and Saturday with competition in the majority of the events taking place in the late afternoon and early evening hours at George C. Griffin Track on the Tech campus.
