HAMILTON vs. CENTRAL FLORIDA
Sept. 18, 1999
Georgia Tech 41, Central Florida 10
He is a great quarterback. Just look at him. He cuts on a dime and makes people miss. He is a great player and great players make great plays. Joe does it on a continuous basis, whether he is throwing the ball or running. He is tough to stop. I don’t see anyone stopping him all year. –Central Florida head coach Mike Kruczek
