Washington, playing this season as a graduate student, is re-writing the Tech records at his position. The signal-caller ranks in the top 15 in six different career stat categories, including third in pass efficiency, third rushing yards by a QB and tied for third in rushing touchdowns by a QB.
He is coming off one of the prolific seasons by a QB ever at Tech, when he rushed for 986 yards and 14 TDs, while throwing for 1,652 yards and 11 more scores. And the expectations are high in 2012.
