Travel Packages Available for Orlando Classic

June 18, 2014

THE FLATS – Travel packages are now available to follow the Georgia Tech men’s basketball team as it plays in the Orlando Classic tournament to be played Thursday-Sunday, Nov. 27-30 at ESPN Wide World of Sports near Orlando, Fla. The event was previously known as the Old Spice Classic.

The Yellow Jackets join an elite eight-team field which includes Kansas, Marquette, Michigan State, Rhode Island, Rider, Santa Clara and Tennessee. Each team will play three games over the course of four days in a bracket-style tournament at HP Field House. There is an off day on Saturday, Nov. 29.

The Orlando Classic is part of a rugged non-conference schedule for the Yellow Jackets, who will face Georgia, Vanderbilt and Charlotte at home in 2014-15, and travel to Dayton and Northwestern. More information on the 2014-15 slate will be announced in the coming weeks.

Discounted hotel accommodations and game tickets are being offered to Georgia Tech fans through Anthony Travel, the official travel provider of the Orlando Classic. For more information or to book your travel to the tournament, please visit AnthonyTravel.com or call (888) 632-6951.
