Tech's Kyle Rabbitt Named ACC Cross Country Performer of the Week

Georgia Tech’s Kyle Rabbitt was named the Atlantic Coast Conference Men’s Cross Country Performer of the Week, as announced by the conference office on Monday, October 13, 2003.

Rabbitt led the Yellow Jackets to a second-place finish in a field of 29 teams at the Auburn University Invitational this past weekend as he won the eight-kilometer race with a time of 24:47.87. He finished ahead of 258 other competitors in the race, and it was his highest finish of the season as he was fifth in his only other race this year, the Wake Forest Alumni Invitational on September 13th.

The Yellow Jackets team will next race in the conference championships, to be held in Winston-Salem, NC on November 1st.
