Tech's Fegans Accepted to NCAA Indoor Championships

THE FLATS – Georgia Tech senior Nicole Fegans (Douglasville, Ga./Landmark Christian) has been accepted to compete in the 2022 NCAA Division I Indoor Track and Field Championships in the women’s 3000m event, the NCAA announced on Wednesday.

Fegans won the Atlantic Coast Conference title in the 3000m at last week’s ACC Indoor Championships with a school- and facility-record time of 9:01.31. Fegans, who owns a total of nine school records, is already a four-time All-American, including in the 3000m indoor in 2020.

The 2022 NCAA Division I Indoor Track and Field Championships will be streamed live on ESPN3. A re-air of the championships will be televised on ESPN on Sunday, March 13 at 9:30 p.m. ET.
