Tech Track and Field Set For Penn Relays

ATLANTA – The Georgia Tech men’s and women’s track and field teams will travel to Philadelphia, Pa., for the 111th annual Penn Relays this Thursday-Saturday. The Yellow Jackets’ Chaunte Howard will try and win her third straight Penn Relays high jump title on Saturday at 1:45 p.m.

Competing for the Jackets on the men’s side will be Cristan Duvall (3,000-Steeplechase, DMR), Brian Ford (4×400), David Herren (DMR), Anthony Hoover (javelin), Derek Hoye (4×400), James Lemons II (triple jump), Eric Massey (hammer), Neil McDonagh (DMR), Holt McPherson (long jump), Jerome Miller (high jump), Taylor Narewski (4×400), Kyle Rabbitt (5000) and Jonathan Spillman (shot put).

On the women’s side of the meet, Howard (long jump, high jump, Shuttle Hurdle Relay), Mary Chind (Sprint Medley Relay), Brandy Depland (long jump, triple jump), Fatmata Fofanah (100m HH, Shuttle Hurdle Relay), Ashlee Kidd (400), Andriane Lapsley (100, Shuttle Hurdle Relay), Jennifer Lentz (Sprint Medley Relay), Dore’ Madere (discus, hammer), Antoinetta McKay (Sprint Medley), Shantia Moss (100m HH, Shuttle Hurdle Relay), Shantrell Moss (100, Sprint Medley Relay) and Jennifer Sims (Sprint Medley Relay), will all compete for Tech at the Penn Relays.
