THE FLATS – Georgia Tech continues its gauntlet of matches against ranked opponents from the Southeastern Conference with a 2 p.m. contest Tuesday at 11th-ranked Tennessee.

Head coach Kenny Thorne’s team owns a victory over 17th-ranked South Carolina and has lost to No. 28 Auburn and No. 35 Georgia.

Tech is led by sophomore Nathan Rakitt of Marietta, Ga., who has a 5-3 record at the top of the lineup. He is followed in the order by freshman Carlos Benito (Madrid, Spain), 5-3 at No. 2, Eduardo Segura (Madrid, Spain), 5-3 at No. 3, sophomore Casey Kay (Atlanta, Ga.), 3-4 at No. 4, freshman Cole Fiegel (Alachua, Fla.), 7-1 at No. 5, and freshman Will Showers (Gainesville, Ga.), 2-2 at No. 6.
