ATLANTA– – Georgia Tech scholar-athletes Steven Blackwood, Ashley Kracke and Shanta Smith will be featured on this week’s edition of ACC ALL ACCESS, which airs Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. ET on FSN South.
ACC ALL-ACCESS is the live, weekly half-hour show that offers a behind-the-scenes look at ACC student-athletes and coaches.
Blackwood, Kracke and Smith each earned postgraduate scholarships from the Atlantic Coast Conference.
Blackwood, the all-ACC outfielder for the Tech baseball team, is a three-time CoSIDA Academic All-District honoree and a member of the ACC Academic Honor Roll. He plans to attend medical school.
Kracke, the premier backstroke swimmer in Yellow Jacket history, holds several Tech records and is a three-time ACC Honor Roll member. Three-time ACC track and field champion Shanta Smith is a four-time ACC Honor Roll designee.
Tuesday’s edition will also feature Georgia Tech third baseman Wes Hodges. ALL-ACCESS reporter Jenn Hildreth will begin her “10 with Jenn” series as she goes one-on-one with 10 questions for Hodges, the All-American junior who is batting .346 with 54 RBIs for the nationally-ranked Yellow Jackets.
ACC ALL ACCESS will re-air Wednesday morning at 1 a.m. ET.
