THE FLATS – Anna Bradescu and Ruben Lechuga led the Georgia Tech swim and dive teams on day two of the NCAA Zone B Diving Championships.
Both Bradescu and Lechuga qualified for the finals in their respective events. In the women’s 1 Meter event, Bradescu placed 17th in the preliminaries and 15th in the finals with an overall score of 524.70. In the men’s 3 Meter event, Lechuga also finished 17th in the preliminaries and went on to place 18th in the finals with an overall score of 664.65.
Carmen Woodruff and Luke Dotson also competed for the Jackets today. In the women’s 1 Meter prelims, Woodruff recorded a score of 243.75 to finish in 28th place. Dotson earned a score of 297.15 in the men’s 3 Meter prelims, finishing in 29th place.
