THE FLATS – After competing on Wednesday in Athens, Georgia Tech swimming and diving will again head out on the road, this time across town on Friday, Oct. 13 as they take on the Emory Eagles.
The Jackets are coming off a loss to archrival Georgia. Despite the loss, both the men and women for Tech recorded several impressive performances. Standouts for both the men and women include Max Fowler, who continued his winning streak, claiming both the men’s 1-meter and 3-meter dive. For the women, Sabyne Brisson struck gold in both the 100 and 200 breast events.
The women also found success in the 400 free relay, as they ended Wednesday night with both first and second place finishes.
