2025 (Freshman): Played in 30 games and made 22 starts (10 at catcher and 12 as DH) in his first year on The Flats…Slashed .269/.427/.612 over 67 at-bats showing tremendous pop with six home runs, three doubles and a triple…Was devastating to opponents on the base paths, successfully catching six of 10 runners attempting to steal off of him (40% stolen base allowed)…Made his collegiate debut in the opening weekend against Old Dominion, helping Tech to a season-opening sweep…Delivered his first collegiate hit and RBI with an RBI single at Georgia Southern (Feb. 18)…Launched his first-career home run against Marshall (Feb. 23), a three-run blast…Hit another three-run homer as a part of a season-high four RBI day against West Georgia (Feb. 26)…Became the first Tech freshman to homer in three-straight appearances since 2021 when he connected for another three-run homer in the series opener against Western Michigan (Feb. 28), giving him three home runs and 11 RBI in his first five collegiate games…Delivered a season-high three hits against Western Carolina (May 4) going 3-for-3 with two doubles, a triple, two RBI and his first two run game and earning the DH starting spot that he would hold onto for the remainder of the season…Made his postseason debut in the ACC Quarterfinals against Cal (May 22) where he launched a solo home run to help Tech set the ACC tournament record for home runs in a single game (7)…Followed that with a homer in the ACC Semifinal game against Clemson (May 24)…Made his NCAA Tournament debut in the Oxford Regional against Western Kentucky (May 30) recording a hit and his first NCAA Tournament RBI…Finished his first postseason with five hits in five games including a double and two home runs.
High School: Rated as the No. 3 catcher in the country, the 23rd overall prospect in his class and the 2nd best recruit out of the state of Arizona by Perfect Game, Rogers comes to Tech as one of the highest rated recruits in program history … hit .458 with 11 home runs, 14 doubles, 42 RBI and 23 runs scored as a senior at Hamilton HS … Named 2024 MaxPreps All-American and 2023 MaxPreps Minnesota Player of the Year as a junior before moving to Arizona for his senior year … Earned All-State honors his senior season at Hamilton and is recognized as the top catcher out of Arizona
